In order to provide a better service experience and with the support of the collaborative efforts between various businesses of DCH, DCH ToolBox has increased the number of “Repair Service Collection Points”, covering different districts in Hong Kong to facilitate customers to drop off small appliances in person that need to be repaired. At the same time, DCH ToolBox has been awarded the “Ten Years + Rewarding Caring Enterprises”award by the Hong Kong GS1 for 12 consecutive years.
